This smoothie recipe is a favourite of mine, it has loads of nutritious goodies packed into it whilst still tasting good!
It is great for all around body health, packed with essential vitamins and antioxidants.
Blend the following ingredients in a food blender of your choice (I use a nutri ninja);
-Frozen blueberries (or frozen mixed berries)
-A handful of spinach
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1 tbsp flaxseed and gogi berry mix (or just flaxseed)
-1 banana (can be frozen)
-Half a carrot
-a small tangerine peeled
– approx. 1 tsp fresh ginger peeled
-4 strawberries (could swap for an apple)
– 1 scoop/ 1 tbsp super greens powder
