Hummus

Another fluke recipe I discovered!!! My recipe uses chickpeas, as well as kala chana (black chickpeas) which gives it a twist.

Be aware this recipe is veryyyy garlicy- I love garlic, so if you prefer less garlic, just add less.

Ingredients:

-1 can chickpeas drained

-1 can kala chana drained

-1 jar roasted red peppers

-Juice of 1 lemon

-5 garlic cloves

-1/2 red chilli

-1 tsp white wine vinegar

-1tbsp nutritional yeast

-1/2 tsp paprika

-1/2 tsp cumin

-3 tbsp tahini

-1 tsp garlic oil (or other oil)

*optional roasted pumpkin seeds to top


Method:

-Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth! My kind of recipe 🙂
